I wish I was outside planting some spring flowers today!!!!!
After work I went to the store and picked up 2 packages of sweet pea seeds, so I can plant them into my veggie garden as soon as the weather warms some.
There is nothing better than picking some fresh sweet peas and snacking on them while working out in the garden.

I love the taste of sweet peas, too.
I am enjoying the planting season. It is wonderful seeing plants grow. The blue spring iris and yellow crocus bulbs I planted in October are blossoming now. What a joy !

I have a few Iris plants and they are very big too. I have both the siberian Iris and yellow Iris’s. I transplanted them both from my mom’s garden to mine when I first moved into my house.
I love the name Iris for a girl. My daughter was almost named Iris.
